Tri-County Lawyers Services, Inc., was founded in 1971 by Thomas J. Rafferty. Through his dedication and efforts, he established Tri-County Lawyers Service, Inc., as an industry leader. Tom was actively involved as President in his business until he sadly passed on May 12th, 2016.

Tom is succeeded at Tri-County by his protege and good friend, Nancy Coolbaugh.

Nancy is dedicated to continuing the enterprise that Tom began, re-naming her business as Tri-County Title Services, LLC and Statewide Closing Services, LLC helping individuals and businesses through both her hard work and dedication to the Title Service and Closing industries.

Our staff consists of four Licensed Title Officers along with other individuals with many years of experience in the Title Industry.

Our expertise in Title Insurance, real estate, mortgage documentation and closing techniques are in compliance with “Trid” also known as Tila Respa Integrated Disclosure and we utilize state of the art technology and closing software.

We can service all types of Purchases, Commercial and Residential Refinances, Short Sales, Government Acquisitions and Foreclosure transactions.
